**Return/Refund Policy**

At Dubai Choclava, each of our choclava bars is made to order with the utmost care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, **all sales are final** and we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

However, we stand by the quality of our chocolates and want to ensure you have the best experience. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace the affected items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will review/arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

*Delivery Confirmation and Liability*

Once an order is shipped and the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, Dubai Choclava is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the security & accuracy of the delivery location. In cases of non-receipt, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
