WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Dubai Choclava offers domestic shipping within the USA.  

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All products are made to order and normally ship within 5 business days of order. Please allow additional time for shipping.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via Paypal and any major credit card companies, including Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Dubai Choclava does not accept payment via cash or check upon delivery. Prices listed and transactions are in USD ($).

All payments made on www.dubaichoclava.com are secure. 

DOES DUBAI CHOCLAVA CHARGE SALES TAX OR OTHER FEES?

All orders placed to a New York address will be charged sales tax. Recipients are responsible for any other applicable local taxes.

HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Each individual product is handmade with great care to exceptional quality. In order to maintain our high standards, product availability may be limited. Dubai Choclava products are available only through our online site, and our authorized retailers.

I BOUGHT 2 CHOCLAVA BARS BUT DIDN'T GET ONE FOR FREE. WHY IS THAT?

To receive a free bar, you must purchase the Bundle item. The Bundle allows you to specify which Choclava Bars you’d like (Milk or Dark). If you do not purchase the Bundle, the free bar offer does not apply. This applies to both the King and Queen Bundles.

MY BAR DOESN'T LOOK EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. WHY IS THAT? 

As noted in our product descriptions, every Choclava Bar is handmade to order. Because of this, slight variations or imperfections may occur, such as uneven chocolate coverage, random drizzles, or other small differences. These are natural results of the artisanal & demolding process.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At Dubai Choclava, each of our Choclava bars is made to order with the utmost care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, **all sales are final** and we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

However, we stand by the quality of our chocolates and want to ensure you have the best experience. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace the affected items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
